Exhale Sinus is opening a new location in Rockford expanding our presence beyond our initial location in Schaumburg. We are dedicated to providing care for patients with Sinus, Nasal, TMJ, Headache and Sleep conditions. We employ physicians who specialize in ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat/Otolaryngology) as well as advanced practice providers including a nurse practitioner and physician assistants.
We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team.
Medical Receptionist Candidates: MUST have experience.
- Must be able to work 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7:30 - 4:305pm (Monday-Friday)
- Greet patients and direct them through registration process
- Assist patients with Insurance documentation and billing questions
- Collect and process payments and copays
- Provide excellent customer service
- Must have computer knowledge
- Answer phone calls
- Familiar with ICD/CPT codes
- Multi-tasking
- Other duties as assigned
- MUST have at least 2 years of Medical Receptionist experience
- High School Diploma/GED required, College degree preferred
- Effective communication and interaction with employers, patients, providers, managers and other colleagues
Training:
- Training will be held at our Schaumburg location for 3 months. You must have reliable transportation.
