Medical Receptionist

Seeking a friendly, organized, professional Medical Receptionist for a busy Primary Care office. A few job details include (but not limited to): checking in/registering patients for their appointment, verifying demographic and insurance information. Making follow-up appt's, creating referrals, obtaining pre-authorization, answering phones, sending messages, sorting faxes, scanning, etc. Full-time 40hrs/week, Office hours are: M-Th 9am-8pm; Fri 9am-5pm; Sat 9am-1pm ; staff schedule is very flexible with limited nights and Saturday on a rotating basis. EHR system is EPIC! Computer skills a MUST!
