Receptionist/ Medical Data Entry (Bilingual)

Job Description

Looking for a mature Part-time Bilingual (Spanish) Medical Receptionist for Podiatry offices. Will be working 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday in Jersey City and Wednesday in the Irvington office). Experience preferred. Salary based on experience.

Responsibilities-answer phones, scheduling appts, medical billing Data Entry, insurance verification, filing, microsoft word, collect co-pays and able to call insurance to inquire why a claim is denied.

Medical Receptionist/ Data Entry - Requirements 1. High school diploma 2.Completion of accredited medical assistant/ billing program

3.Strong organization skills and interpersonal skills

4.Knowledge of ICD 10 codings, Navinet and NJMMIS

5. Be able to type 45WPM.

6. Able to go to the satellite office in Irvington, NJ when needed.
