Our busy practice in Gilroy has an open position for a part-time front office Medical Receptionist.
This position will consist of front and back-office duties including:
- Scheduling appointments
- Responding to patient calls
- Data entry into Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
- Medical Records
- Checking Insurance Eligibility
- Scanning and Faxing
Mandatory qualifications:
- Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with bodily fluids
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish/English
Candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills! Able to greet and welcome visitors to ensure they register at the front desk, be able to perform simple tasks as well as scheudling appointments, confirming eligibility, answering multi-line phones using courteoud and professional phone etiquette. Collect payments for services rendered and kepp a balanced drawer. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Pay Scale/Ranges:
$15.00-$35.00/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*

The patey scale/ranges shown are representative of the pay rates for the job title reflected above, but an employees actual pay rate will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
