We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a medical office setting. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic and delivering exceptional patient care. You would work Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays, and fill-in.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using medical scheduling systems
- Collect patient information, update medical records, and verify insurance coverage
- Coordinate patient referrals and obtain necessary authorizations
- Assist with medical billing and coding tasks
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical scheduling systems and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
