This is a full-time position for a two physician surgeons office. The hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Must have a friendly demeanor and demonstrate a professional and positive attitude on and off the phones
- Must possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi task
- Must be dependable
- Must be proficient in computers and data entry
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a quick and friendly manner
- Schedule patients accurately for practice providers
- Check patients in
- Maintain all medical records
