Medical Receptionist

BioMechanic Physical Therapy is seeking a new addition to our Virginia Beach based reception team! We are a 100% Physical Therapist owned practice with a unique focus on biomechanics through creative problem-solving, skilled manual therapy, and use of the latest and proven technologies. Job-Type: Full time 40 hours per week.

Schedule: 8:30 - 9 until 5:30 -6 Monday- Thurs. 8 - 3:30 Friday, hours are slightly variable

Compensation:$17-$20 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Duties include:

• Getting to know our patients!
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering calls
• Following up with patients
• Maintaining insurance information and communicating with physicians

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Detail Oriented
• High Energy
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of macPractice is a plus

We are seeking a candidate with experience, but we are willing to train the right applicant.
