Medical Receptionist

I am looking for experienced, reliable, friendly Medical Receptionist to work at our offices. Locations: Woodbury heights, Voorhees and Pine Hill.

Job Purpose:

-Serves patients by greeting and helping the, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and accounts

-Welcomes patients in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries

-Optimize patient's satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments on phone or in person

-Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records

-Checking benefits with insurance companies

-Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges, controlling credit extended to patients, filing, collecting and expediting third party claims

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Medical receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
