Seeking an experienced Bilingual Office Assistant for a commercial landscaping company in North Pomona. Will also provide clerical and customer support.
Job Duties:
- Prepares invoices, department reports, spreadsheets, and maintains accurate customer files
- Handles customer account inquires and monitors delinquent accounts
- Processes payables invoices, generates recurring payments, reconciles monthly statements
- Prepare customer proposals as needed
- General office and administrative support tasks
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish and is confident to translate as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and understands other office technology. Ability to learn accounting software.
- Excellent customer service skills, and both written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Previous office experience. Billing and payables experience a plus.
- Salary will be based on previous experience
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Casual office environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
