Sirona Physical Therapy is a privately owned physical therapy clinic in Golden, Colorado that is owned and operated by Waldron’s Peak Physical Therapy in Boulder. We are looking for an individual to job share as the front office representative in our Golden facility. Interested applicants should have exceptional communication skills & customer service experience in order to provide a warm, welcoming environment to all individuals.
The clinical and front office teams at each of our facilities work closely together and our focus is providing personalized expert care with integrity and social responsibility.

Essential Duties
- Receptionist schedules appointments for patients either by phone, when they call in, or in person after an office visit.
- Receptionist schedules after-hours appointments following appropriate protocols.
- Receptionist uses manual/computerized system to match physician/clinician availability with patient’s medical needs and preferences of date and time.
- Receptionist maintains scheduling system so records are accurate and complete and can be used to analyze patient/staffing patterns.
- Receptionist ensures that updates (e.g., cancellations or additions) are input daily into master schedule.
- Receptionist communicates as needed with physicians/clinicians and other staff about any patient concerns/issues related to scheduling.
- Receptionist consults with administrator about any system problems
- Receptionist uses customer service principles and techniques to deal with anxious families calmly and pleasantly, either on the phone or at the Front Desk.
- Receptionist performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of medical practice protocols related to scheduling appointments.
- Knowledge of manual/computerized scheduling systems.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and techniques.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
Skills:
- Skill in communicating effectively with physicians/clinicians about scheduling preferences.
- Skill in maintaining master appointment schedule via manual or computerized means.
- Skill in producing reports about appointment patterns as needed.

- Ability to competently use Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Epic practice management software.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
