Rocky Mountain Primary Care Family Practice has an immediate opening at our Westminster office for a full-time Medical Receptionist (being BILINGUAL-Spanish is desirable) to be part of our patient care team. We are looking for someone who is professional, competent, compassionate, and attentive to the needs of our patients; someone who understands what it means to provide exceptional customer service. If you have a positive attitude and really enjoy working with the public, then you will have a significant impact on the success of our practice. This is a Call Center position.You can make a difference!
- Full Time. Must be available for an 8-hour shift between 7:00am and 5:00pm and Saturday between 7:30am and 5:30pm.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a medical office or a Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate is highly preferred
- High school diploma
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Greeting patients with a smile and friendly introduction
- Answering the telephone with a pleasant voice
- Taking thorough phone messages
- Obtaining necessary information from patients
- Scheduling appointments
- A variety of other clerical duties. You will never be bored!
JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Computer proficient with good keyboarding skills
- Knowledge of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated
- Flexible
- Comfortable with change
- Calle Center experience is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team, take direction, and be proactive
- Familiarity with NextGen EMR is a definite plus
