We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our front office in providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be available to work a full 40-hour work week and will be capable of answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments and greeting visitors to the office. The successful candidate needs to enjoy working in an energetic, fast-paced environment, and must have previous experience in handling the administrative duties of a busy medical office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients when they arrive at the office.
- Answer patient phone calls and requests.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Type letters, memos, and other documentation.
- Answer medical office questions.
- Route calls and messages as appropriate.
- Handle other clerical work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
