SalaryImmediate opening for an experienced full-time medical receptionist. We are a very busy Orthopedic Surgery Office located in San Leandro. All applicants must have experience as a receptionist in a MEDICAL OFFICE. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting all patients, registering new patients, verifying insurance, data entry, EMR chart prep, reminder phone calls, filling out forms and paperwork requests, answering calls, writing up bank deposits. Your biggest job responsibility is being professional, kind and welcoming to all patients and staff.
We look forward to welcoming you to our team. There are 3 full-time receptionists, 3 full-time surgeons, 1 PA and 1 NP who all see patients in our office.
