General Office/Receptionist (Medical)

IV League Inc, located in Culver City, CA is seeking an Office Assistant. This is an Entry-level role with an amazing opportunity to be part of the IV league family. We are the leading provider of home infusion services in Southern California.

This is an entry-level role so; extensive training is provided. This is a great opportunity for someone motivated and eager to learn and grow.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer high volume multi-line phones and triage to the appropriate department
• Pickup Documents from various locations within the office
• Scan and attach documents to specified folders (attention to detail is key)
• Assist Billing Department as needed, copying, and retrieving documents.
• Mailing, and faxing

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
• Prolonged sitting
• Walking to and from pickup/drop-off locations.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, may include some Saturdays; Flexible to work 8:00 am to 5:00 pm as well as Noon to 9:00 pm shifts interchangeably
