With over 100 clinics around the USA, we are expanding in New York with a new clinic opening soon in Westbury.
We are seeking a full-time (mixture of on-site and work-from-home) Office Manager to begin this exciting journey with us at this new location. You should be a driven, self-motivated professional with a dynamic personality. Applicants should have previous Medical Office management experience. Candidates must be caring, dependable, hard workers looking to help grow this new practice and their career.
Responsibilities:
- Front desk reception and patient registration
- Patient scheduling
- Provider scheduling
- Insurance verification/pre-authorization
- Follow-up and conversion of new patient/sales leads (phone, web)
- Patient relations
- MWL product education/sales
- Marketing of practice to local community (print, radio/TV, online, in-person)
- Liason to medical billing and credentialing services
- Regulatory compliance
- Inventory and vendor management
- Basic payroll, banking, and accounting (QuickBooks Online)
- Continuing education and skill development (on-site and off-site)
- Facility management (organization, cleanliness, repairs)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
