Seeking Full Time Office / Practice Manager with Medical Office experience to oversee our ketamine infusion clinics located at our THREE locations below:

Competitive pay: $125,000 base salary, with performance bonuses for total compensation of up to $145,000.

Keta Medical Center is seeking an Office/Practice Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of all Keta Medical offices, including managing Medical Office admins across offices. Office/Practice Manager will work out of all three Keta Medical offices on a rotating basis; inter-office travel costs will be reimbursed.
Responsibilities include:
● Management of medical and non-medical staff,
● Managing staff schedule,
● Overseeing process for responding to prospective patient inquiries,
● Overseeing billing process,
● Management of medical and non-medical supplies,
● Staff on-boarding and training,
● Coordinating and overseeing new office set-up,
● Ensuring appropriate tracking and storage of patient records
Qualifications:
● 7+ Years of Office Management Experience, including 3+ years as an office or Practice Manager with responsibility for managing other staff.
● Medical office management experience is strongly preferred.
● Proficiency with technology and software systems, including medical records systems and ability to learn new systems and processes.
● Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Bachelor degree or higher.
This is not a 9-5 job. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability and willingness to take ownership of the overall functioning of a busy and rapidly growing practice, and step in to take on a wide range of administrative tasks.
