SalaryWe are seeking a Assistant Medical Office Manager to become a part of our team! You will coordinate outpatient psychiatric services across all of our offices.
Responsibilities:
- Help the Office manager plan and coordinate health services
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Assist in the hiring process
- Help onboard new hires
- Help maintain and add new content to the website
- Oversee the medical receptionist
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
- Assist the Office Manager in any other tasks he or she may ask
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in healthcare or other medical fields
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Competitive Salary

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
