SalaryBusy Medical Office is seeking an experienced, reliable, responsible individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills for an Assistant Manager position. Minimum 2 years management experience in a Medical Office required.
Experience with Practice Fusion or Cortex is a plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to office management, billing, staff oversight, interacting with insurance carriers, collections, insurance verifications, and daily tasks such as mail, reconciling copays, credentialing, and other tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.

Compensation/hours
Benefits include: 401K with match, paid time off
Monday-Friday, 25-30 hours/week, eventually to lead to full time. There is promotion potential.
*Occasional Saturdays as needed.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
