- This position is full time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
The Office Manager supervises the front Patient Registration Associate staff and Schedulers. Oversees office and related administrative support for the Imaging department while partnering with Imaging leadership in overseeing the day to day business operations of the office. The Office Manager works collaboratively with the providers, leaders and staff to ensure consistency and continuous operational improvements. Has direct oversight and supervision of clerical staff. Serves as primary liaison for all billing functions. The individual must be able to prioritize multiple activities, exercise excellent judgment, display professional attitude and appearance, maintain a high level of organization, act independently, be detail oriented, and require only limited supervision. Must comply with HIPAA and be sensitive to confidentiality. Must have experience with a variety of office software and be able to accurately handle administrative duties while continuously improving office procedures and day-to-day operations. This role is expected to perform general medical clerical duties based on business needs.
Salary Range:
$20.40 - $30.31 an hour
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements
1. Education: A.A.S. preferably in Secretarial Science; equivalent experience.
2. Experience: 1-3 years experience in a medical practice; 1-3 years supervisory experience. Experience in Radiology billing a plus.
3. Skills: Computer, billing, scheduling and supervisory/lead skills.
