Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Reliable and courteous with exceptional customer service skills, particularly in phone etiquette.
- Proficient in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Possesses common sense and intelligence.
- Comfortable handling heavy patient volume - both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and procedures efficiently.
- Manage and respond to a high volume of phone calls, ensuring patient queries are addressed promptly.
- Check-in and check-out patients with speed and accuracy.
- Calculate copays and manage payment collection.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical setting, especially with health insurance is preferred.
- Farsi speakers especially encouraged to apply!
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
