Dental Front Office Administrator -Back office Dental Assistant

We are a small Periodontal Dental Team. We enjoy collective team work and have been serving our patients with full integrity & genuine care for over 25 years.

Expected Duties to include, but not limited to:

Taking impressions/pouring and trimming models, Taking X-rays and CT Scans , Sterilizing instruments, Setting Up/Breaking down rooms, Assisting the Dr. with surgical treatments (including implant placement), Speaking Farsi is a must.! as working with patients who speak Farsi and need assisting, Answering phones, Scheduling appointments, Collecting payments, Checking patient in, filling out paperwork, Helping with Insurance billing, Filing charts and paperwork

The above duties would be expected for any applicant, although we are willing to help train in areas that you may not have experience, for the right person. Pay depending on experience

It is very important that you speak Farsi , have acceptable & enjoyable phone, & personal etiquette!.
Admin duties include assisting and being responsible for/share in all aspects of coordinating routine patient care.

Knowledge of dental specialty care, & Eagle Soft software is very advantageous. We have a great team of Doctors, Staff and Patients & look forward to adding a new face to our great Team!

Job requirements:

-2 year experience in the dental industry (preferably surgical dental specialty)

- Excellent communication skills

- Team oriented mentality

- Computer literacy and proficiency

- Organization

- Ability to multi-task and work in a busy office environment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- “Quick learner”

Monday to Friday. 8;30 to 5:30

One Saturday in month 9:00 to 4:00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 40 per week
