Job Description
- Overall Front Desk management
- Greet and direct persons entering office
- Have knowledge of Health Insurances and know how to verify benefits
- Obtain Authorizations and Referrals
- Patient check in/out
- Process payments and be able to discuss balances with patients
- Answers multi line telephones, takes detailed and accurate messages, and ensures messages are directed to the appropriate individual
- Check faxes/emails/voicemails
- Prepare correct forms and associated correspondence
- Maintain files and records in a confidential manner
- Maintain organization and efficiency of front office
- Perform other related duties as directed or assigned
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing
- 3 office locations, may need to travel for coverage if need be
