Medical Front Desk Receptionist

We are a chiropractic office located in the Tysons Corner area, seeking a motivated, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist. This position we are looking to fill is part-time (15-20 hours a week).

This role requires a fair amount of face-to-face interaction with patients coming through our office. Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, have communication and problem-solving skills, providing great customer service to our patients.

Some examples of tasks for this role are answering phone calls, scheduling patients, checking in/out patients, verifying patients' insurance benefits, cleaning exam rooms, etc.

Previous chiropractic or medical office experience and having knowledge of health insurance terminology is preferred.
