Located in Tysons Corner, Alexandria, Manassas, Virginia. Advanced Retina Center is a growing medical office that has an exciting full time position. Join an energetic team that is supportive, cohesive, and focused on excellent patient centered care. Compensation is very competitive and will be based on prior experience. We are looking for an individual who is hard working, punctual, can multi-task and enjoy patient interaction. Attention to detail is a must. Candidates should be able to work independently and with team members.
Candidates without experience may apply and training will be provided for candidates that demonstrate interest and are a great fit to our team.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to
- Greeting patients
- Checking in/out patients
- Checking insurance eligibility
- Getting prior authorization from different insurances
- Making appointments for two doctor's schedule
- Answering phone calls
- Taking payments such as co-pay, deductibles, self-pay etc.
- Making sure waiting areas are organized/clean
- Other administrative duties
