Windermere Medical Center is looking for an experienced, motivated Front Desk Receptionist for our family medicine office.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Greeting patients
- Checking in & Checking out patients
- Monitoring multiple provider schedules
- Collecting Payments
- Scheduling future appointments
- Answering phones
- Insurance Verification
- Appointment confirmations
- Excellent Customer Service a MUST
Full time: 40 hours per week. Our office hours are from 7:45am until 9:00 pm. There are various shifts throughout the day that need to be covered. You must be available to work any of the shifts Monday-Sunday.
Pay: $15-18/hr - depending on experience
