Job Description
FULL-TIME Medical Appointment Scheduler needed for fast paced, high volume Call Center in Mokena, IL.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday, 8am – 6pm with flexibility to work Fridays as needed (no weekends).
Requirements:
- The position requires a high degree of organization, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in fast paced team environment. Balance multiple priorities and effectively handle challenging situations. Answers incoming calls, schedule patient appointments, accurate and efficient entry of patient data in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- COVID-19 Vaccination required
- Work location: in-person
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare practice, hospital, or Call Center environment (required)
- 3+ years of customer service (required)
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems (preferred)
- Strong computer knowledge and skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual (preferred)
