Answer the phone at the Call Center and assist students, faculty, and staff. Provide accurate, supportive, and timely information regarding the programs and policies of Triton College.
Education: Associate’s degree
Experience: Previous Call Center experience preferred.
Skills: Strong written and oral communication.
1. Registration of students for courses.
2. Make outgoing calls to current and prospective students regarding enrollment.
3. Provide information and answers to incoming call.
4. Other duties as assigned.
