4. **Public Relations:**

   - Coordinate and execute public relations campaigns to promote the organization's initiatives.

5. **Analytics and Reporting:**
   - Monitor and analyze media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Media Specialist or similar role.
