About the role

Freedom Property Investors is in search of a dynamic Marketing Specialist. In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Research and Marketing on various tasks such as online and social media campaigns, event planning, PR, partnerships, and managing our valuable client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Research to implement marketing and communication strategies in line with our key objectives.
• Manage the website, emphasising SEO optimization to generate more business leads.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across all platforms, including paid social media and search advertisements.
• Regularly monitor and analyse campaign performance, offering valuable insights and enhancements daily or weekly.
• Liaise with copywriters and graphic designers to refine email communications, enhancing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Coordinate effectively with cross functional teams to assure that the marketing content calendar is up-to-date, and the appropriate product offerings are highlighted at the right moments.

About you

You're an up-and-coming professional with a passion for teamwork and producing innovative marketing and communication campaigns that make an impact!

• At least three years of experience in a B2B setting with an integrated understanding of marketing, and communications.
• Proficient in managing various projects at once across different interaction points.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with CTM, CRM, and Social Media systems.
• Comfortable in coordinating with fellow team members, like graphic designers for advertisement materials.
• Capable of independently organising and prioritising tasks, adhering to strict deadlines.

Essential Requirements

• Must have a strong B2B digital marketing and communication (3+ years)
• Background in Social Media Management
• Australian Real Estate background is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Require you to work 8 hours through Zoom with the camera on

• 256GB Storage space
• 8GB RAM
• Dual Core CPU (they can have more than dual core, just not single)
