Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Management: Develop, schedule, and oversee email campaigns for our 5 brands, ensuring engaging and consistent communication through approximately 15 weekly emails.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling email content and blog posts that resonate with our audience, drive action, and build loyalty. Responsible for producing multiple blogs weekly that align with our brands' themes and marketing goals.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via email, providing timely, accurate, and brand-aligned responses.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign results and blog engagement metrics, identifying trends to inform content and Email Marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and Content teams to ensure a cohesive strategy across all platforms.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Email Marketing, Customer Service, and Content creation processes.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style across different platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Email Marketing tools, CRM software (Hubspot), and Content management systems.
- Analytical skills to evaluate content and campaign performance.
- A customer-first approach with experience managing customer inquiries.
- A proactive learner and team player eager to grow within the company.
