Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends

- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize marketing materials

- Manage the company's social media presence and engage with followers

- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

- Degree in Marketing or a related field strongly favored.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Proficiency in social media marketing platforms and advertising tools

- Familiarity with marketing automation software

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- The ability to shoot and edit photos is a big plus.
