Digital Marketing Specialist

An ideal candidate for this role at ReminderMedia will be an expert in the Meta Business Suite including Digital Ads Manager, possess exceptional troubleshooting skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service. The role involves creating and optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with internal teams to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: Provide dedicated support to hundreds of clients utilizing ReminderMedia’s digital services advertising lead generation. Expertise in Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager with the ability to troubleshoot ad account and connection issues.
• Lead Generation Expertise: Demonstrate a proven track record of generating high-quality leads through Digital Marketing initiatives. Leverage experience to continually enhance lead generation strategies for optimal client outcomes. Optimize ads for conversions, precise audience targeting, and strategic geographic relevance.
• Quick and Effective Ad Creation: Exhibit the ability to create and optimize ads quickly and effectively, ensuring timely and impactful campaigns for numerous client accounts.
• Innovation and Testing: Proactively test new ads, platforms, and lead types to continually add value and expand service offerings to clients.
• Client Collaboration: Conduct virtual meetings, phone calls, and video conferences with internal and external clients to troubleshoot accounts and optimize campaign performance. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure optimal results for clients.
• Team Leadership and Training: Train Digital Marketing Associates as needed, sharing expertise and best practices. Continuously update documentation and SOPs to ensure the team's alignment with industry standards and company goals.

Remote Requirements

• 40-hour traditional weekly schedule from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. (EST) weekdays with paid time-off, paid holidays and no night or weekend shifts
• Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: FL, GA, NC, SC, NJ, PA, DE, IN, MI, TN, MO, MN, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, or NV only
• Internet connectivity with speed of 10 mbps or greater
• A dedicated workspace free from distraction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing.
• Computer Skills: Marketing automation, Facebook Ads, basic Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office
• Advanced experience with PPC platforms, Meta Business Suite including Facebook Ads Manager. Meta Certification strongly preferred.
