Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator. The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating engaging content, running Social Media marketing campaigns, communicating effectively with team members and clients, and performing digital marketing tasks. The role will be based in Minneapolis, MN but some remote work is acceptable.
Responsibilities• Play a key role in building our brand’s online presence, creating compelling branded content across our Social Media platforms • Work directly with the marketing team to create and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and client acquisition across all Social Media accounts• Assist in creation & enhancement of marketing materials and deliverables to existing and new platforms.• Website maintenance & enhancement – company websites, Linkedin & more• Help development and production of marketing materials, including but not limited to, print, electronic media, direct mail and more• Planning of conferences, travel and events
Qualifications• Social media marketing and Social Media content creation skills• Excellent communication and writing skills• Digital marketing knowledge and experience with all major Social Media platforms• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects• Office experience preferred with a marketing or real estate background • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, database maintenance and Word Press • Proficiency with Google Mail/Apps, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
