Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement- know how to boost a post
- Create and curate engaging content for Social Media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy
- Monitor Social Media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Analyze Social Media metrics and provide regular reports on performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Social Media management or related role
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage with followers and build a community
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design software
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms and their respective best practices
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other Social Media analytics tools
- Ability to conduct research on industry trends and target audience preferences
- Basic photography skills for capturing visual content
- Knowledge of advertising principles and experience running paid Social Media campaigns
