Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy aligned with the office's goals and brand image.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (including images, videos, graphics, and written copy) for various Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor Social Media trends, audience behavior, and industry news to stay updated and incorporate relevant strategies.
- Manage the Social Media editorial calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules.
- Interact and engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns or promotions through Social Media channels.
- Analyze Social Media metrics and performance data regularly to track KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and generate insightful reports.
- Stay informed about new plastic surgery procedures, techniques, and industry updates to create informative and educational content.
- Monitor and maintain the office's online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or reviews in a timely and constructive manner.
- Explore and implement new and innovative ways to increase brand awareness, reach a wider audience, and drive engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience 3 years in Social Media management with a focus on growing brands and engaging audiences.
- Strong knowledge of plastic surgery services, procedures, terminology, and industry trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using various Social Media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate original, compelling content that aligns with the brand's voice and values.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
