What We’re Looking For

We are on the hunt for a talented, multi-disciplinary Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house Creative Marketing team. Candidates with previous agency/in-house experience, traffic coordination, project management, and Asana are a plus!


You will be working with designers, writers, the global marketing team, business partners, and agencies to ensure work flows efficiently and marketing projects stay on track. You are proactive, adaptable, and have a positive attitude, while comfortably juggling multiple projects with shifting timelines in a deadline-driven environment. You are driven by project coordination, attention to detail, and eager to immerse yourself in the digital design and content process while cultivating relationships with your internal business partners and vendors.

  • Demonstrates creative problem solving with a love for visual storytelling, including graphic design, web design, marketing/advertising, copywriting, social media/ad design, and digital communications
  • Collaborates well with a positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to add value to the team, external agencies, and freelance contractors
  • Intuitively understands a brand aesthetic, and can bring feedback to support design/content to further execute with respect to identity
  • Embraces change and iteration while seeking feedback to create better work tomorrow than you create today (this is our motto)
  • Has a “no task is too small attitude,” pays close attention to detail, and is willing to support with all types of deliverables ranging from production work to high-profile projects

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support and collaborate with team members on a variety of marketing initiatives, campaigns and agency projects across multiple channels (digital marketing, web, ads, social, etc.)
  • Successfully coordinate with the marketing team and stakeholders to ensure project objectives and expectations are met while adhering to project timelines
  • Assist as a day-to-day liaison between the Creative Marketing Team and marketing project initiators, providing scheduling updates, clarifying questions and problem solving
  • Build project plans in Asana ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, on schedule and within project scope, with a focus on aiming for efficiency and excellence
  • Continuously review and optimize Creative Marketing Team members’ workloads via Asana while forecasting workload
  • Communicate constantly with the marketing team and monitor work-in-progress, establish priorities, and adjust schedules to ensure successful project completion
  • Participate in client and internal staff meetings to discuss project requirements and status
  • Coordinate with external agencies to manage the production process
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand message guidelines and quality standards while adhering to our creative team process
  • While owning the delivery of team projects, work closely with the team and Marketing Operations to identify and flag creative team resourcing issues that could impact deliverables and deadlines
  • Track work and provide status reports with the team, business partners and agencies

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years working at an established digital agency, online media publication, ad agency or in-house creative team
  • Works well in a team atmosphere as well as independently with the passion to collaborate with other team members
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with client, partner, and internal team at different levels in the organization
  • Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, advertising, and experience design
  • Highly motivated creative thinker and problem solver who demonstrates a strong understanding of the creative world
  • Self-starter and leader in your own role who can work autonomously and manage projects independently
  • Adaptable and excel at time/project management, while contributing to multiple projects at the same time without missing a beat
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to add value to the team
  • Proactive, agile and able to prioritize, work quickly, multi-task, and under tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working in Asana and Adobe Creative Cloud Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, etc.), MS Office, PPT, and Camtasia is a plus!

Education:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Business preferred or equivalent
