AddressGENERAL SUMMARY:
Under minimal supervision, coordinates projects and provides technical support to investigators. Designs data collection tools, manages databases and other project resources, participates in statistical data analysis, and prepares papers for publication and presentation. Serves as a departmental and system-wide resource. Ability to interact with both internal and external customers at all levels.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field and six to twelve (6-12) months of responsible experience.
- Master's Degree in Health Care Administration, or Clinical Research preferred.
- Coursework or equivalent experience in clinical research, technical writing, statistics, research methodology, database management, health care finance and health economics desired. Competency with spreadsheets, data base, and statistical software, preferred.
- Demonstrated verbal and written skills and mathematical and analytical skills are required in order to interact with various levels of staff.
