This opportunity requires current residency in northern IN or southwest MI. Travel is required to support our communities of Granger, Mishawaka, South Bend, Indiana and Jenison, Kalamazoo, Niles, Michigan.
With over a decade of experience providing quality autism therapy services in the Midwest, Lighthouse Autism Center brings together compassionate care and clinical excellence to support children and families with autism. Our Family Outreach Coordinator serves as the first contact for families and agencies inquiring about autism support services from Lighthouse. Provides information and resources to potential and enrolling families; liaison between potential new families and the Lighthouse team. Responsible for ensuring centers meet expectations with enrolling children in multiple service lines.

- Pay rate is up to $23.00 per hour for qualified candidate
What you bring:
- Current resident of northern IN or southwest MI
- Available for travel to support our communities of Granger, Mishawaka, South Bend, Indiana and Jenison, Kalamazoo, Niles, Michigan
- Degree from accredited university in communication, marketing, or similar
- 3 years or more of proven success in customer relations
- Professional level verbal, written, communication skills
- Competent in technology including Microsoft Office
- MOS certifications is a plus
- Fluent in the spoken and written language of English
- Flexible, creative, and excellent time management skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Patient, compassionate, and ability to overcome adversity
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation with active auto insurance (travel is required)
Some of what you'll do:
- Maintain initial point of contact for all families inquiring about Applied Behavior Analysis, Diagnostic Evaluations, and Parent Training services by answering calls, emails, and fax referrals
- Keep up to date, detailed, and accurate customer information in CRM as new families move through the intake and enrollment process.
- Responsible for staying in contact with families from beginning to the end of intake and enrollment. Welcoming and encouraging to families during all interactions.
- Actively participate in weekly intake meetings; be prepared with information for each family.
- Handle client conflicts and challenging situations in a respectful, professional manner by being reassuring and empathetic.
- Participate in community events and expos. Plan Lighthouse events and conference registrations.
- Support additional office duties as needed.
