MARKETING COORDINATOR GID - Atlanta, GA

DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This multifaceted role combines creative design skills with marketing expertise to develop engaging marketing materials, maintain our corporate website, assist in marketing initiatives, coordinate property photography, and design templates for various purposes. The ideal candidate will excel in both design and marketing tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Graphic Design:
  • Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, infographics, and social media graphics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design materials align with our brand guidelines.
  • Adapt designs for both print and digital distribution.

Pitch Deck Support:
  • Assist in the creation and enhancement of pitch decks, ensuring they are visually compelling and aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Transform complex data and information into clear and engaging visual narratives.

Website Management & Social Media Content:
  • Regularly update and maintain the company's website with the latest information, products, and services.
  • Optimize website performance, ensuring responsive design and user-friendly navigation.
  • Create and edit visual content for website and social media pages, including graphics, images, content, and videos.

Marketing Coordination:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage marketing materials inventory and coordinate production as needed.

Property Photography Coordination:
  • Coordinate and schedule property photography sessions for real estate listings.
  • Ensure high-quality photos are captured and edited professionally.
  • Manage the organization and storage of property photos.

Template Design:
  • Design templates for various purposes, such as email newsletters, reports, presentations, and social media posts.
  • Create standardized templates that maintain brand consistency for internal and external communications.

Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure brand identity guidelines are maintained across all design projects and marketing efforts.
  • Assist in the development and evolution of the company's brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with team members to gather project requirements and feedback.
  • Communicate design concepts and marketing ideas clearly, both verbally and visually.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Compensation Range: $60,000 - $75,000 with a 10% bonus.
Drug testing and background checks are an employment requirement. These are required steps in the hiring process.
Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.
