JOB SUMMARY
Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and evaluates the educational programs for appropriate nursing unit cluster, including community, orientation, and in-service for professional development. Assists in developing programs to meet the Joint Commission standard requirements for education.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Minimum Work Experience
2 years in hospital clinical setting
Med/Surg (Medical, Surgical, Oncology, Ortho, SNF, and Out-Pt Infusion)
PCU and Med/Tele
Critical Care Unit
Women and Children (Mother/Baby, Perinatal and Neonatal ICU)
Trauma (ER)
Operating Room (OR)
Required Licenses/Certifications
Med/Surg, Med/Tele, PCU, CCU:
Registered Nurse
CPR Certification
ACLS
NIH
Women and Children: Mother/Baby:
Registered Nurse
CPR-BCLS
TNCC Instructor
ENPC Instructor
Perinatal:
