A distinguished company in Goleta, CA is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join their marketing team! The ideal candidate will have prior experience in E-commerce marketing and knowledge of owning the execution of selling on Amazon.
Pay: $25-$32 an hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Duration: Temp-To-Hire
Start: ASAP
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Manage E-commerce on a global scale, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across different markets including Amazon, company website, etc.
-Plan, implement, & monitor Paid Media Campaigns, manage all digital media, and develop data-driven media plans based on research.
-Develop and implement A/B testing strategies across all media channels to continuously improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversion rates.
-Execute the full E-commerce funnel from customer acquisition flows at media placements all the way to customer transaction locations.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
