About the Job
- We need a motivated individual that is willing to learn and be trained in order to advertise a real estate agent.
- Base pay $20.00-25.00 an hour plus commission of $2,000.00 per successful lead generated.
Responsibilities/Skills
- Provide administrative support including: answering phone calls, responding to emails and scheduling showings and appointments.
- Processing new listings on MLS platform and doing research on houses in the market.
- Assist with marketing efforts including social media posts, blog posts, website content, etc.
- Maintain records of agent information including agent’s license numbers and expiration dates.
- Creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, website content, blog posts, etc.
- Manage a CRM and help with setting up ad campaigns and analyzing them
- Search for properties
- Film content
- Manage Website Content
- Create Video Scripts for Marketing Content
- MUST BE familiar with editing content using CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
