Position Overview:

We are looking for an Experienced Account Marketing Strategist to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and aesthetics. They will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing, the aesthetics industry and traditional marketing practices. The ideal candidate is creative, a self-starter and has expertise in a highly competitive digital and aesthetics arena.

Responsibilities

• Execute Marketing Strategies: Execute an annual comprehensive marketing plan for our practice that showcases our unique top of the line brand but also keeping organizational growth in mind. This includes writing content, captions, building/designing graphics, and other promotional tactics that result in high levels of engagement.
• Digital and General Marketing: Utilize both digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize exposure and engagement, including social media, email marketing, digital newsletters, SMS, and content marketing.
• Content Creation: Capture, create, curate, and manage marketing materials such as social media graphics, videos, and other collateral to promote our brand.
• Website Management: Make minor adjustments to our Shopify website, coloradobeautyrn.com, which may involve modifying, graphics, content, videos and more.
• Event Coordination and Vendor Management: Assist with internal and external events that help to promote our brand. Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Esthetician, Injector and Admin teams to align marketing efforts with the company's long-term and short-term objectives.
• Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity and audience behavior.
• Engaging with the audience and responding to comments, messages and Google Reviews.
• Maintaining brand consistency in tone, voice and visually.
• Concept development

• Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns through analytics.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing and traditional marketing
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and problem solve to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools including: Canva,Shopify, LinkTree, G Suite, Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, ChatGPT, and other project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and priorities.

Hours: IN OFFICE ONLY Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am- 3:30 pm. Available after hours as needed for marketing events.
