Key Responsibilities:
- Paying annual property taxes on our rental homes.
- Filing business personal property returns annually.
- Providing rent rolls annually with follow up communication.
- Tracking all things Real Estate (Notices of Value, Tax Bills, Refunds, Status of Appeal, ETC).
- Working with county representatives on creating and deleting tax accounts.
- Filing monthly reports in Michigan.
