Job Description
The Internal Communications (IC) department at Ent Credit Union is seeking a curious, passionate, self-motivated, and savvy professional to support employee-facing engagement and communications as part of the digital engagement component of IC. The Digital Coordinator is a brand advocate and champion who will contribute to the Ent culture and help drive engagement through compelling, clear, and concise communication. This team member will assist with the digital displays and the day-to-day management of Ent's intranet (The PEAK), assist with PEAK training sessions and act as a support person for the IC department. As part of the IC team, this individual will assist with graphic design and asset creation, to include (but not limited to) digital signage, print collateral and branding updates.
Essential Functions
- Graphic Design: Assist with the creation of event collateral, elements & graphics, campaign graphics & collateral (staff-facing initiatives) Assist with the creation of video graphic elements/images as applicable.
- Intranet Duties/requests: Assist in coordinating focus groups and/or surveys to ensure the effectiveness of the intranet and digital signage. Work with the Manager of Corporate Events and Design to maintain/update the intranet to ensure content is timely/relevant. Assist in maintaining/updating the digital signage content calendar for annual reporting. Assist in populating The PEAK with approved content/assets as necessary. Assist with training sessions and updating training materials for users throughout the organization as requested. Assist in monitoring intranet and digital signage content for appropriateness, and governance abidance. Assist with intranet search grooming on a quarterly basis. Support intranet content owners in maintaining/updating page content and design. (i. e. page audits) Identify and troubleshoot common intranet issues, escalating as necessary. Assist as a backup in digital signage ticket logging, escalation, and resolution with the vendor. Assist in generating Ent's internal newsletter weekly, based on content received from the Manager of Content Development.
- Digital Signage Duties: Act as a Re-que point of contact with the digital signage vendor. Continue growing/developing your digital media skillset through hands on training, webinars, etc. Ensure you are staying up-to-date on current design trends. Assist in scheduling and managing playlists for digital signage throughout all Ent staff facing locations.
- Administrative duties: Coordinate with the Manager of Communications Technologies in the management of intranet and digital signage requests/projects utilizing the Workfront database as a ticketing platform. Coordinate with the Internal Comms team and other staff in the management and dissemination of event & campaign collateral throughout the organization (departmental and service centers).
- Process Improvement: Seek innovation and optimization - through daily interactions with team members, seek to understand struggles and ideate ways to ?fix' them. Bring new ideas for process improvements, engagement opportunities, and UX.
- Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
- Bachelor's Degree Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Graphics Design or related field.
- 1+ years' experience in Digital marketing, website management or a relevant role (Preferred)
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Team player coordinates well with other groups and is willing to learn from others to maximize growth and performance.
- Works with initiative, energy, and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft products and databases (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously often under tight deadlines.
- Champion and promote the Ent brand and values throughout the organization through clear, engaging, and timely communications.
- Excellent command of English grammar, spelling and AP rules and formatting.
- Effective communication with a high level of accuracy including proofreading and editing.
- (preferred) Proficiency with graphics programs (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite)
- (preferred) Experience designing digital creative assets
- (preferred) Experience using Content Management Systems to update/edit/change content
- (preferred) Basic knowledge/understanding of technical requirements for digital signage implementation

Additional Information
The pay range for this position is: $22 to $28 per Hour (S13)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
