Maintenance Technician *Humble/Westlake Area - New Construction*

Mosaic Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician at a new construction community in Westlake/Humble area of Texas!

This position will assist the Maintenance team in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, focusing on, but not limited to the cleaning and upkeep of the property grounds and common areas.

Must possess AC certification and have a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
