Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sales
- Acquire a minimum of 15 new sales each week.
- Build relationships with existing and new clients
- Follow up with clients on a consistent basis to ensure we are meeting
- Generate email marketing through MailChimp and assign the staff in
2. Placements
- Ensure all jobs in your branch office are filled by qualified candidates
- Each working day have a minimum of 2 placements.
- By the end of each week have a minimum of 10 new net placements
3. Administrative
- Work with your team to effectively increase business
- Increase effectiveness with your team and office with daily
- Have a weekly 15-20-minute evaluation with each one of your team
agreement.
- Recruiters who are not meeting ASAP metrics need to be put in a plan
- Turn in weekly reports of your own production and of your team’s
need it.
- Ensure your office is always completely staff as well as provide
- Resolve any arising issue with internal employees, temps, and
- Ensure all administrative paperwork is completed at the end of each
- Ensure your office meets regular production each week, including a
- Ensure all interaction with internal employees is documented in our HR
- Ensure your office has an active flow of new candidates
- Conduct evaluation with employees at the end of their 90 days as well
