Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Columbus Ohio location, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and business growth within the district
- Provide leadership and guidance to Employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive performance and achieve targets
- Lead and support district-wide sales initiatives, including promotions, and product launches
- Manage profit and loss for the district, including budgeting and financial analysis
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a business in retail or similar industry
- Strong sales background with a track record of driving business growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve objectives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Experience in process improvement methodologies and project management
- Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop employees at various levels
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and managing profit loss
