Branch Manager

We are an equipment rental and repair company with most of our focus in the Oil and Gas sector. We have multiple locations across the United States and we are growing at a steady pace. Currently we are looking to add a Branch Manager to our operations. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Odessa, TX. You will report to our physical location daily. There are occasional times that evening and weekend work are required. We thrive in a fast paced environment and this position is not for the weak of heart. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. We are looking for individuals with proven management experience, able to meet and adhere to company policies and goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams, ability to work with calendars and checklists, and routine follow up habits. This position requires that you are able to handle multiple tasks, changing tasks multiple times throughout the day. We are looking for experienced managers, this is not an entry level position or an assistant role.

Responsibilities- Included but not limited to:

Oversee day to day operations

Ensure employees have job assignments and stay focused on assigned tasks

Regularly check in with employees to check progress and assist with any difficulties

Manage weekly schedule and on-call rotation for mechanics

Ensure employees complete daily tasks such as checklists, work orders, parts requests, and other required documents pertaining to their daily tasks.

Review daily timesheets and complete reports to be submitted to payroll Dept.

Use GPS and other computer systems to track employee’s daily whereabouts and job efficiency

Complete daily paperwork for yourself

Keep upper management informed daily

Delegate tasks to employees

Handle complaints and concerns from Customers and Employees

Keep up with daily emails and manage your Email Inbox

Scan, Email, submit daily paperwork

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
