We are currently hiring a Maintenance Admin Assistant for an Aerospace Manufacturing Company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
This role is contract to hire.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of PM documentation for all operational equipment. This includes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, bi-annual and five yearly PMs.
- Work with express maintenance to publish PM completion records, weekly and monthly.
- Work with express maintenance to assist generating labor hour reports.
- Work with Epicor to develop costs of PMs using part costs and labor hours required to complete PMs.
- During PM development, ensure obsolete PMs and Parts are removed from Express Maintenance or Epicor. Work with maintenance personnel to identify physical items in stock to be removed.
- Coordinate with vendor to generate vendor specific PMs that are required. Eg. Monthly vibration testing or annual NDE activities.
- Performs routine administrative/clerical functions.
- Performs data entry as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Highschool diploma or equivalent GED.
- Minimum of one year working in an office/manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suites and scanning software.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Office machines such as copiers and scanners.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
General knowledge of scanning documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
